BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANISATION

• The Bharatha Matha Education Society®, (BMES), established in the year 1957 is well known for its valuable contribution in the field of education.
• It was the vision of the philanthropists and founders of organization, who have enlightened the lives of middle and lower middle class girls in Hanumantha Nagar      and surrounding areas.
• The Bharatha Matha Education Society®, (BMES) is registered under Mysore Societies Regulation Act No. III of 1904 vide registration No.: S.1687/57-58 date      20th November 1957.
• In the year 1958-59, the Institution got grant-in-aid recognition for Primary School and later in the year 1960 for High School from the State Government.
• During the year 1991, the society started the Pre-university classes vide permission from Government of Karnataka and in 1998 the society started Degree classes       (B.Com & BBA) vide permission from Bangalore University.
• BMES is well equipped with the state-of-the-art Central Library, Computer Laboratory, and an Open Auditorium with generous contribution from business people      and bureaucrats.
• The Society is contributing significantly to the welfare of the women community from the past 68 years.
